⚫ Which currency form do you take?
All items are listed in Ringgit (RM). International currency shall be made in USD.
⚫ How to pay?
We accept all major local payments through (FPX). International payments shall be made via PayPal. Please be sure to enter your correct billing information during checkout.
⚫ Does your concrete pot has drainage holes?
Yes we take into the accountability to have all of our pots made with drainage holes to drain out the excess water after watering. If you are concerned with getting your table surface stained, we provide trays that are sold separately.
⚫ Do you have any variety of other colors?
Please refer to COLOR PALETTE. You may find all of our color variation.
⚫ Any requirements for concrete care?
A layer of coat matte finish sealant is applied to every concrete products. Please avoid using alcohols or thinner. To clean the dirt of the concrete surface, simply use a warm damp cloth or a few drops of dish washing soap to clear of the stain.
⚫ Do you provide gift wrapping?
Its totally FREE of charge for every gift wrapping and a separate greeting card charge rate of RM1 each. Please leave us a note for the special occasion in the checkout remark!
⚫ Can you deliver the 'Special Gift Sets' within the same day?
We will need at least 1-2 days to pack your items beautifully which includes gift wrapping, sourcing of plants from our plant suppliers and potting of plants (if any). Otherwise, if we have them in stock, we could ship to the recipient the next following day after your payment has been confirmed.
⚫ Do you provide any other plant species?
Due to MCO, plants are very limited and this affects our plant suppliers in providing the selection of plants. We are happy to assist you in our plant availabilities. Kindly email us at [email protected] for further discussion.
⚫ Do you offer wholesale price for an event?
Kindly contact us for more info. We have a limited number of quantities to produce a huge bulk order as most of our products are handcrafted that would take quite awhile. Please let us know prior in advance.
⚫ What is your return policy?
I don't accept returns or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order .
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items , unless they arrive damaged and defective , I can't accept returns for:

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Contact us at [email protected] with a picture of the product within 7 days of delivery and ship the items back within 14 days of delivery.
